Sheepwrecked is a hilarious picture book following Captain Hoof and his crew as they search for treasure on the seas. They find a lost pair of shears and immediately after they crash onto Foggy Island where the fiercest sheep in the world, Wooly Jones, lives. After 21 days stuck on the island, they feel that all hope is lost. Finally the Captain has an idea! As the Captain and his crew hoof it around the island, they run into Wooly Jones who is thrilled to get his shears back! It turns out that Wooly Jones was not as scary as they thought he was… he just needed a haircut.

THOUGHTS: This book is absolutely full of baa-d sheep puns and that makes reading it out loud a ton of fun! The illustrations also add to the story and are just as funny in their own right. Highly recommend for every elementary school collection.
